...is a Maryland Autism Waiver Service Provider committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services for children with autism in their homes and communities. ChAMP was founded under the principle that children with autism can reach their maximum potential through strategically designed therapeutic interventions. We appreciate the challenges families of children with autism endure while meeting the critical behavioral, social, and educational needs that are unique to children with autism and related disorders.
We believe that parents are an integral part of the treatment team. ChAMP works with parents and family members to identify treatment goals and design practical programs that work toward those goals.
ChAMP provides Family Training, Individualized Intensive Support Services and Respite under the Maryland Autism Waiver.
ChAMP is a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Certified Special Educators, and experienced applied behavior analysis instructors, that strives to meet the unique needs of children with autism and related disorders. ChAMP is owned and operated by professionals dedicated to research-based interventions for children with autism. We appreciate the challenges families endure while meeting the critical behavioral, social, and educational needs that are unique to children with autism and related disorders.
ChAMP became an Autism Waiver Service Provider in 2004 providing services in over 8 counties. The Counties in which ChAMP services includes but is not limited to Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County/City, Montgomery County, and More.

Family Training
ChAMP will provide a highly qualified Family Trainer to provide one-on-one training to the family in the use of interventions individualized for their child. Interventions can include, but are not limited to, habilitation, self-direction, behavior management, daily living skills, socialization, mobility and money management.
ChAMP's Family Trainers are Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Certified Special Educators or Master's Level Special Educators who have experience working with children with autism and their families in a home environment.
ChAMP can provide Family Training services in the amount of hours as approved by the child's Plan of Care.
